santa is on his way...and going to get here in style...

easter

and whilst easter approaches very soon, i love this time of year, has a great buzz with no pressure...and as this is my second easter in the shop, i wanted to reflect on last year and how things have grown..

we were only opened one month when this was taken...but we still enjoyed our first easter..

we had little cupcake decorations, that were such a favorite with all the keen bakers..

and the little flowers and hearts make everything look so pretty..

and the birdhouses and easter decorations can be brought out every year..

and we loved our easter window for this year too...so bright and colourful...looking forward to year three...

annie sloan chalk paint

i have been honoured to have been chosen to be a stockist for the great annie sloan chalk paint..once it arrived we started painting right away, well we couldnt wait to get the tins out on the shelves...

a great selection of colours, well thirty in total...

hearts and minds...

with valentines day approaching us, i just thought i would gather up a collection of heart things that i have in the shop at the moment, more nice things to come...

home is where the story and love begins..so true..

love this little chunky heart, have it hanging in my hall at home..the natural colours suit anywhere..and the vintage look makes it more homely

love these little polka hearts, great for hanging around door knobs and hooks.small and medium..

and the gingham looks well with the polka, love mixing patterns.

will keep you posted when all the new hearts come in..

january in the shop and its time to rearrange everything after christmas..

so the dots and spots postcards gave it all a fresh new look

the lovely bright prints and colours would make any one smile, even on a rainy day..

a great productive day..buttons arrived in the post..oh what to do with them..just made this little canvas to welcome all my friends for the new year..
